Christopher R. Hoyt
Christopher Hoyt is a Professor of Law at the University of Missouri Kansas City) School of Law where he teaches courses in the area of federal income taxation and business organizations. Previously, he was with the law firm of Spencer, Fane, Britt & Browne in Kansas City, Missouri. He received an undergraduate degree in economics from Northwestern University and he received dual law and accounting degrees from the University of Wisconsin. Professor Hoyt has served as the Chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Charitable Organizations (Section of Trusts and Estates) and he serves on the editorial board of Trusts and Estates magazine. He is an ACTEC fellow and has been designated by his peers as a “Best Lawyer”. He was elected to the Estate Planning Hall of Fame by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. He is a frequent speaker at legal and educational programs and has been quoted in numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, MONEY Magazine, The New York Times and The Washington Post
David Moore is an Estate Stewardship Consultant for Immanuel Baptist Church, Little Rock and former President of the Arkansas Baptist Foundation for 21 years. He was President of TV-65/Cable Channel 2 in Pine Bluff and a Pastor for 19 years in three churches. He received his undergraduate degree from Samford University, and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion from Baylor University.
Dr. Moore has served as President of the Central Arkansas Estate Planning Council, a former board member of the Arkansas Charitable Gift Planning Council & Leave a Legacy Arkansas, a former Chairman of the Financial Planning Association – Arkansas, a member of the Fellowship of Christian Estate Planners, a former member of the Kingdom Advisors and member of the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants. He has been an adjunct instructor in business at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
